The apartment features its own router and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen, which includes a dining area, is equipped with a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a stove, and is suitable for preparing light meals. The cosy living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, cable TV, and various small pieces of furniture. The bedroom features one 140 cm × 200 cm bed for one person. A spacious, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower partition.
When the weather is nice, you can relax in the garden. Upon request, we can provide you with a free parking space (for cars only!)—otherwise, there are parking spaces available along the street. All shops for daily needs, such as a butcher shop, bakery, Netto supermarket, Bonus supermarket, and pharmacy, as well as the light rail station, are within easy walking distance. Cosy restaurants cater to your culinary needs.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment or in the building. However, we are happy to provide an ashtray in the garden for guests who smoke.

• Stuttgart Overnight Stay Tax (short-term stays): Please note that, starting July 1, 2026, the city of Stuttgart will levy a lodging tax of €3.00 per person/night for private rentals [📌]. The Vrbo system automatically calculates this amount for regular short-term bookings. Minors (under 18 years of age) and school groups are exempt.
• Tax Exemption for Long-Term Renters (Temporary Housing for 1 Month or Longer): For stays with a continuous rental period of 1 month or longer, this tax is waived entirely, as the stay legally falls under the tax-exempt basic need for housing.
• Procedure for Long-Term Renters (Separate Contract & New Offer): To qualify for the tax exemption, it is mandatory to sign a separate fixed-term lease agreement for the living space.
