Newly renovated 70sqm apartment on the 1st Floor in a central location

Our apartment is located in the middle of the old town of Günzburg, a small Swabian town in Bavaria. The modern apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a spacious wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a satellite TV. Living and dining area leave nothing to be desired and offer you a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee machine and complete dishes. There is space for four people at the dining table. The cozy living area with large flat screen TV invites you to spend relaxing evenings. An additional person can sleep on the sofa bed on request. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a towel dryer, sink and toilet. Bed linen, towels, free WiFi and final cleaning are included in the price. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity of public, paid parking spaces. However, the apartment can be reached directly by car, so that you can conveniently unload your luggage in front of the apartment.

The apartment is up one set of stairs - which for us is fine. I said it is spacious and very clean. There are two large bed rooms with good form memory foam type mattresses. The bathroom is also spacious and has both a bath and shower. The kitchen has a full oven and hob with a sofa and table / chairs .. Kitchen / lounge and one Bergeron have large TV. Excellent property , very close to a pedestrian street .. bars and food. Lego land is 6 mins away . Highly recommend for couples and family’s

Günzburg is a gem, and Ideal location for Legoland

We loved this cute apt, close drive to legoland, big bathtub for a luxurious soak, right in the heart of old town Günzburg with lots of eating options and it was lovely to stroll around the town.
