Spacious, Fun, Pet Friendly in Ship Bottom

Great location on Long Beach Island in Ship Bottom. Newly renovated home since 2022 in Ship Bottom, perfect for two families to share. Friday to Friday Rental during prime season and 3 day minimum in off season. Great screened in porch on second floor with full kitchen. 1st floor lounge deck off galley kitchen with ice machine. Natural Gas Grill, so no propane tanks. Outdoor Ping Pong , Fire Pit, Cornhole and Tiki toss in backyard. We are a Non Smoking home and dogs are welcome for an extra Fee. Keypad entry, so no picking up keys.

We supply bikes, badges, towels, coolers, chairs, Kayak, beach games, beach buggies to haul your stuff, ping pong, corn hole, fire pit, fishing poles and crab traps and a paddle board.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great property close to the bay beach. Great for little ones with a playground. Spacious house inside and out. Comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen.

Long weekend stay for family event

This house is perfectly located and the outdoor spaces and bikes were a big plus. The main kitchen was beautifully renovated and had all we needed. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

Great amenities!

The property owners really thought of everything a vacationing family could want. Tons of games and beach supplies neatly organized at the ready. The house itself was just as it appeared in the listing. We liked the central location, and enjoyed biking by the bay, to the beach, and to a nature area near the bridge.

This home was perfect! Had everything covered sitting area, ping pong, fire pit, bikes,dog crates, gates, 2 kitchens, lots of bedrooms…. There wasnt anything we wished we had!!

Absolutely wonderful home!

We loved this house! It is so comfortable! The owners thought of so many things, from comfortable beds and couches to wonderful outdoor spaces and many yard games. I am so impressed with this home and look forward to the opportunity to rent again in the future. Nicole was incredibly responsive and proactive in sharing updates/information. The home was clean and exactly as advertised! This home is pet friendly and you can tell the owners care about pets as they have dog beds, toys and a fenced in yard to ensure enjoyment for your dog as well. Thank you Nicole for offering this wonderful home for rent!

This is a wonderful property. The most well appointed stay we have had in any home: clean, bright bedrooms, modern lavatories, the most well stocked kitchen ever! You love to cook, this is the perfect set up! Plenty of extras to keep folks occupied and happy!

Why they chose this property

We purchased this Beach Home in May 2022 and did a lot of work to it so we could enjoy it as well as share it with others. We have 3 children from Middle School up through College aged and we have made it as fun for them as possible. They love coming down with friends and biking to the shops and beach!

What makes this property unique

We offer many amenities as we know how hard it was for us to bring all the "stuff" with us on vacation having a 5 person family. We offer 6 bikes, beach chairs, lots of games, beach towels, bath towels and lots more!
