Nice to meet you!
I'm so proud to offer stays at Black Walnut Farm. My best friend Jim and I bought the property in July of 2021, and we have put our whole hearts into renovating and restoring this magical house (built in 1747, older than the United States!).
We wanted it to feel like a true escape, and have designed the spaces with locally sourced antiques from throughout the Hudson Valley. And of course, we updated it with state-of-the-art modern comforts (air conditioning was on the top of the list haha).
When I'm not working on restoring the old farmhouse, I'm a professional sommelier and culinary lifestyle expert-- come say hi on IG @thelushlife :)
