Amazing ship in Aalsmeer with harbor view

This beautiful houseboat for 4 persons is beautifully situated on the edge of a 'marina in Leimuiden, Aalsmeer.



With a roof terrace the size of the house itself, you have an unobstructed panoramic view of the Westeinderplassen and the marina. The house also has a smaller terrace on the first floor, ideal for breakfast or lunch. This is an ideal vacation home for those who want the comfort of a real home and at the same time the experience of staying on the water. Boat owners? There is also a boat lift that you can use for a fee.



The living room is very modern and brightly decorated. The large windows on all sides of the living room allow you to admire the waterscape from all angles. The open kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms; one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.



This house has a view of the marina from the living room, from the roof terrace you also have a view of the Westeinderplassen!



Water sports equipment is available at the reception of the marina. Rent SUP boards, canoes and other fun boards. Sailing course? At Westeinderplassen you can attend various sailing schools. The restaurant in the harbor has recently been renovated and is a very nice change for a nice lunch or dinner.



As this accommodation is located on the border between North and South Holland, you can reach coastal towns like Katwijk and Noordwijk after a 20-minute drive. Haarlem and Amsterdam are a 30-minute drive away.

Der Ausblick ist fantastisch! Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Im und um das Hausboot alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut (Bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten, Wasserkocher, kl.Kapselkaffeemaschine, Handkaffeefilter, Bügeleisen mit Bügelbrett. Allerdings keine Spülmaschine unf keinen Fön).Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz, allerdings sind es mehrere Hundertmeter bis zum Hausboot. Das ist am An- und Abreisetag nicht konfortabel, ansonsten aber überhaupt nicht störend.Geschäfte (Bäcker, Dupermarkt, Drogerie, u.a.Pizzaria) sind im Nachbarort (ca. 4 Autominuten).Leider laden die Wege in unmittelbarer Umgebung nicht zum Spaziergang ein, da man sich diese immer mit vielen Radfahrern oder teils auch Autos teilt. Mit dem Rad oder Auto lässt sich die Umgebung genussvoller erkunden.

Echt mal was anderes - erholsam

Tolle Woche dort verbracht. Eine Tour nach Amsterdam geht problemlos mit dem Bus mit 1x umsteigen am Flughafen. Der Ausstieg ist quasi direkt am Rijksmuseum. Die Umgebung lässt sich am Besten mit dem ebike erkunden.
