Enjoy our quiet, cozy apartment in the middle of the Rottal spa triangle. Our beautiful, comfortable 2-room apartment, in a quiet and central location, is located in the middle of Europe's largest thermal spa (Bad Griesbach, Bad Füssing, Bad Birnbach) and golf resort in Passauer Land and in the immediate vicinity of Upper Austria. The brightly furnished apartment with a separate, barrier-free and barrier-free entrance is on the ground floor and is comfortably furnished for two people. The approx. 43 m2 non-smoking apartment has a small kitchen with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and sink. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, books and a landline phone. A bedroom in a rustic Voglauer design with a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet, hairdryer and soap dispenser ensure the best relaxation. The hallway with cloakroom and shoe cabinet merges into our small terrace with a garden view and the garden lawn to enjoy the sun's rays. WiFi is accessible without cost. They have their own parking space and storage space for bicycles or golf bags. Bed linen can be provided on request.

Super Zentral

Mein Sohn (16) und ich wollten einen sauberen und günstigen Schlafplatz der zentral liegt, dies haben wir in dieser Unterkunft gefunden. Sehr freundlich wurden wir begrüßt und ea wurde uns alles gezeigt. Im Ort selbst kann man gut essen gehen, sehr zu empfehlen ist das Badhaus, nur auf die Öffnungszeiten achten. Österreich schnell zu erreichen und nach München fährt man auch nicht lang. Also wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung sehr.
