5 bedrooms ensuite that come with a shower and bidet. The rooms come with a classic mountain décor, of which one room with a king bed and a bunk bed that can fit up to four people.
The villa is a classic mountain cottage from where you may begin your day with amazing views of the landscape.

The space
Eco Guesthouse Villa Italia (or simply Eco Villa Italia) has a double living area with billiards, a ping pong table, and a fireplace that will be excellent for relaxing evenings, while the kitchen (completely equipped) and dining room with its massive oak table will make meals comfortable. It's wonderful!
From the external square, equipped with a large table and stone barbecue, it is possible to admire the chain of the Monti della Laga and Monte Vettore.
During the summer, guests may take a break from the various outdoor activities available in this wonderful region of Italy by using the private swimming pool and tennis court.

Stay in the Countryside

My wife and I stayed here for a few days of relaxation after spending a week in Rome. It is a rather large place to stay for just two people as it does have 5 bedrooms and a rather large living area, but we were very happy with it. The view was amazing and there were plenty of fun activities to do on the property between: tennis, swimming pool, ping pong, darts, pool, etc. There are also plenty of really good places to eat especially the Trattoria less than a km down the road. Our host (Marco) was great! He was very responsive during our entire stay and would give us suggestions on where to go for attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone staying here for some relaxation, hiking, or both.

After nearly 20 years living abroad in 10 countries (China, Finland, the UK, Belarus, and more), I’m now managing this beautiful mountain villa. I speak 5 languages fluently (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Mandarin) and a bit of Russian too.
I love cooking and baking (ask me for a pasta recipe!), photography, and exploring. I live here in the mountains with my two black-and-white sidekicks: a super-friendly Border Collie and a chill cat. They’re pretty chill and will be out of the way.

Located 1100 meters above sea level. A unique place to start your mountain hikes or completely relax with your family or friends. The villa has a stunning view of the mountains. You can admire from Monte Vettore, the Laga mountains, up to Gran Sasso. In addition, it is surrounded by an adjacent forest where it is often possible to spot animals such as fawns, foxes, and buzzards.

We are located in Lazio, a step away from Abruzzo, and not far from Marche and Umbria.
