In the middle of the Allgäu holiday landscape, our apartment is at 860 m above sea level, suitable as a summer resort and winter sports resort. With a unique panoramic view of the mountains and the town of Stiefenhofen. Large, well-kept garden. 60sqm apartment with a perfectly equipped kitchen, 1 - 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, living room and dining area. From 15. June - 18th August is only room for 4 people, otherwise for 6 people. Due to the ceiling height, the apartment is only suitable for people under 1. 90 m.

Breathtaking Country Cottage

My family of five was blessed to stay at this absolutely perfect cottage for nine days, surrounded by some the most beautiful countryside in southwestern Bavaria (Allgäu). We were honestly sad to leave, wishing we could have stayed longer. Pictures simply cannot do it justice. Frido and Gebhard are genuinely warm and welcoming, the epitome of true Gastfreundlichkeit! The property is three stories with the rental apartment occupying the entire second floor, 3 good-sized bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and family room. Fair warning - true to the its age, this cozy cottage has ceilings that under 7 feet. For us that only added to its abundant charm. The neighboring home is a small working dairy farm, with 16 cows, which added even more enjoyment to our stay. Our kids played with their kids and the family couldn't have been friendlier. The little village of Stiefenhofen is just down the hill, there's a bakery but no grocery store so we drove about ten minutes to Oberstaufen for food. Also, the property is home to about six very entertaining cats, who are clearly in Heaven just as we were!

Um es kurz zu halten, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Best Vermieter ever, toll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, super sauber, traumhafte Aussicht und ein wunderschöner Garten mit Plätzchen um nach einer Tour gemütlich ein Bierchen zu trinken. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Erholsames Wochenende im Allgäu

Wir (drei Freundinnen) haben uns in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Frido und Gebhard haben sich - obwohl sie selbst unterwegs waren - stets um uns gekümmert und gute Tipps gegeben. Alles in allem - super, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein außergewöhnlich bezauberndes Haus mit unglaublich herzlichen und freundlichen Vermietern. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Abschied viel uns schwer

Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Der Garten kann es mit jeder Bundesgartenschau aufnehmen und in der Ferienwohnung spürt man die Liebe zum Detail. Ein wahres Kleinod mit grandioser Aussicht auf die Berge, um das die patenten und aufmerksamen Vermieter zu beneiden sind, und wie schön, dass wir daran ein wenig teilhaben durften.

Eine herrliche Oase der Ruhe und Erholung, in der das Abschalten auf Knopfdruck gelingt! Der Bauernhof selbst ist ein Schmuckstück! Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist liebevoll individuell eingerichtet und mit mehr als dem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Lage ist grandios, der Blick auf Hochgrat und das Alpenvorland beruhigend, und die Vermieter sind darauf bedacht, ihren Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Sommer mit Aussicht

Wir hatten wunderbare 14 Tage in Stiefenhofen. Die Wohnung ist hell, licht und freundlich. Man weiß gar nicht, zu welchem Fenster man zuerst herausschauen soll. Dazu ein bunt blühender Garten, Gastgeber, die jederzeit mit einem Tipp aushalfen und uns obendrein noch hervorragende Kässpatzen mit Salat (aus dem eigenen Garten) kochten. Das ist Urlaub! Danke dafür! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
