Cozy cottage right on the water. Beautiful new dock with covered picnic table. Completely fenced in yard gave the dog tons of room for exercise. Great weekend!

Second stay here. It is beautiful on the lake. Clean home, pet friendly, equipped, peaceful. Our two dogs loved every minute as well. The host tries to provide everything you could possibly need for both needs and fun. It is relaxing, beautiful, and if you need anything the host is always available. Thank you again for a great stay!

We did have a nice time at the Quack Shack. The covered deck by the lake was my favorite spot. We had beautiful weather, warm but breezy. The house is a little rustic but had what we needed rooms-wise. Inside is a little dark inside for me and the one bedroom did not have a/c but did have a good ceiling fan. All in all we had a nice vacation on the lake

Communication and access to the home was great. Perfect place on the lake for two, a puppy and 5 year old grandson. The house had everything needed and grocery stored just 15min away. Our grandson caught his first fish right from the dock!

Great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The cabin was cozy and charming with a beautiful lake view. We were in town for our son’s college fishing tournament, and the location was perfect, close to the park and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again!

A few bumps in the road, but the Host communication was really good with immediate solutions. Pet-friendly including bowls and treats! What a great area! Loved being able to kayak right from the property. Plenty of space to park. Super close to Dreher Island State Park where you can fish, rent a kayak or paddle board, or hike with a small entrance fee (3/adult, 1/child).

A fantastic little getaway

It was a really, really nice getaway that we both needed. Also great fishing! As well as far away enough from City areas to feel secluded in a good way but close enough to be able to get there pretty easily for good food!.
