The house was very clean, nicely decorated, and a great place to stay. There were "hang out" spaces for both adults and children (both inside and outside)...comfortable sofas, lots of games, easily operated TV's, and big porches. We will book this house the next time we are Pensacola Beach!

A couple minutes walk to beach, fishing dock which was awesome to have in the gated neighborhood, and pool right across from our house. We could never get TV to work normally but my son streamed a few things. I would definitely recommend this house. We had 8 adults and it was plenty of room. The extra tv room has a cool sectional that pops out to a bed(seen on TikTok as a cool Cosco buy). We had a great week at this house!

Rental was very well equipped and perfect for our week at the beach. We loved being in a gated neighborhood on the quiet end of the island. The only thing we struggled with were all the stairs with 2 kids under the age of 3. But we were able to work around it. We loved having two dens. All of the porches were so nice to sit on and soak up the views all around. Very clean and nice rental. The pool was literally across the road. We loved it! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great: newer, clean, well appointed. Location was excellent: about a 2-4 minute walk to the beach. Just across from the community pool. It is near the end of PCola beach, but you are still only about 5-6 minutes from the shops/center. It was quiet and private. We felt we had about 200 yards of private beach, with only a couple of families joining us.The only thing missing that we noticed was an ironing board ... though there was an iron. (Or at least we never found it!)The only thing that needed improvement was the king bed mattress ... bowed toward the middle. The property management were very nice, but there seemed to be some confusion about check-in times where it seemed we would receive "auto-generated" text/email updates that conflicted with what the reps were saying by phone or separate texts. I will chalk that up though to the crazy busy weekend (Blue Angles Show) that was going on when we arrived. The actual arrival was flawless, with the keys and access info being correct and in the correct location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just got back from our stay at 17 Calle Marbella. This was our first time in PB and we were looking for less crowded beaches and proximity to the beach. We found exactly that and also loved having access to the bay (my young kids might have liked the bay more than the ocean due to the calm waters). The house is in great condition, very comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking (we do a lot of cooking). We had internet issues on day one but the management staff was SO attentive and had it fixed within a day. We also lucked out with an early check-in which was very much appreciated. We will absolutely book with Paradise again based on the pleasant experience and well priced rentals. One last thing, we prefer to stay away from crowded areas and appreciated that this house was towards the outskirts. A quick 3 minute drive to anything you need but far enough away to avoid the noise and large crowds. 5 stars!
