This lovely 2Bdr Condo is located in the heart of Residencial Bavaro Punta Cana, with close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, parks and minutes away from the beach, and a rooftop terrace w/ pool.

This apartment has been completely newly furnished in
August 2022 with new decor and appliances and
everything you may need for an amazing vacation. Ultra
High unlimited 40MB download fiber optics internet
connection. Other details as follows;

-Fully equipped Kitchen
-Air conditioner in the living room and both rooms
-70in smart TV in the living room
-Master bedroom has a king size bed and 50in TV

-Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and 42in TV

-24hr Security in the complex and security Cameras at
main entrance points of the apartment.
-The rooftop is equipped with BBQ Grill, patio set, outdoor
shower and a huge Jacuzzi/pool.
-There's a club house down the block, where you can also enjoy the community pool.

Nice place to stay with one issue

Great property check in was easy, great communication with host anytime we needed something they were only a message away. Only issue was the hot water gave us a bit of trouble but overall I would stay again very cozy setting.

This property lost electricity for 3 days I was uncomfortably hot and humid with no A/C working because of the power the communication with owner wasn’t consistent took her very long to answer no internet couldn’t communicate with anyone it’s a beautiful house but wasn’t worth the stay
