APARTMENT DESCRIPTION

Tiyana Cusco rents fully independent vacation apartments in a typical family building with a modern Cusco style. The interior courtyard and the panoramic terrace on the fourth floor are shared spaces for guests.

- Histórico 203 is an apartment overlooking the interior courtyard. Located on the second floor, it is bright, safe, and quiet. It consists of a separate kitchen and living room at the front of the apartment, and a bedroom at the back.

- Our small and cozy living room is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a smart TV, and an additional wardrobe. If you need to work, you'll find a desk and chair for working on your computer and making video calls.

- The modern, brand-new kitchen has a gas stove and various appliances (kettle, drip coffee maker, microwave) - no oven. It has everything you need to cook your favorite dishes!

- The bedroom features a double bed (135 x 190 cm) with a premium mattress – you'll feel the difference! The built-in wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for all your belongings.

- The bathroom has a gas shower (hot water 24/7) and windows for ventilation. We provide towels (100% cotton), shampoo, and shower gel.

1- We care about sustainability we offer a water purifier, soap dispensers, and two separate trash cans so you can recycle! In return, we ask you to use water and electricity responsibly.

2- We meet all immigration and tax requirements imposed by our country, so:
--- If you are Peruvian or resident in Peru, we will ask you to pay the IGV (18%).
--- If you are a foreigner, we will ask you to present a passport photo of all guests to complete the required registration.

3. There are 4 beautiful kittens living with us, and they can occasionally be seen wandering around the steps or in the courtyard of the building! They are usually very shy and hide, but sometimes they let you pet them!

Nice, clean apartment with a great view from the panoramic terrace on the 4th floor. There is also a water filter hooked up to the kitchen sink which was perfect for refilling my water bottle and using the electric tea kettle. The hot water did not work at one point but the hosts were very responsive in fixing the situation immediately. The instructions for checking in were very detailed. The lock didn't work the first time but again, the hosts were responsive and I was able to get into the building within 15 minutes. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and want to be able to walk to lots of cool places!

Comfortable and well equipped flat and the best hosts!

We stayed at this apartment for a month and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay whilst working online. The WiFi was great and we were offered several networks. Cooking equipment, coffee, filtered water (!), Hot shower, and heater at no extra cost, are not a given in Cusco and all available here. The beds were comfortable and loads of room to hang clothes etc so it's great for a longer stay. The location is perfect if you want to be near San Blas, a beautiful area of Cusco. This apartment is 2 minutes walk from the San Blas market where we ate a huge meal almost every day for 12 soles (a few pound/dollars). There is also a bakery directly below the apartment for delicious croissants, cakes and bread. Totally recommend staying here as it's great value for money and a great spot! That's before mentioning the hosts were incredible, provide house guides and recommendedations, we're super attentive and just lovely people.

Histórico's location is the best if you want to discover Cusco while staying away from all the hustle and bustle of a busy touristic town. When thinking of our guests, we have 3 priorities in mind:
- Comfort: from our experience as travellers, we tried to make sure Histórico had everything our guests need to feel comfortable and at home: basic kitchen supplies, clear information pack, Cusco local tips, extra comfortable beds, a portable heater and a warm shower!
- Sustainability: we provide any kind of soap and detergent in re-chargeable dispensers in order to use the least plastic possibile. In addition to that, we have installed a water purifier that makes tap water drinkable! So you don't have to buy so many plastic bottles.
- Hospitality: we want our guests to have the best time while staying at our place! And we don't mind going out of our way make them feel welcome!
