The 3 - room non smoking apartment, which you can reach by elevator, is on the 3rd Upper floor of the beach house of a newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations. Your holiday apartment is located here. The modern ambience and the bright colors underline the friendly and spacious character. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 106m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable vacation at any time of the year. Start your day with a view from the 45 m² corner balcony, which you can reach from the living room and both bedrooms and enjoy views of the lagoon and the sunrise over Wustrow. The sun terrace has a table with four chairs and two comfortable sun loungers. Enter your comfortably furnished apartment through an entrance area with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a large mirror. The open living and kitchen area adjoins the hallway. The design flooring looks bright and friendly throughout the living and sleeping area. The living area is equipped with a sofa bed, an armchair and invites you to nice cozy moments with its fireplace. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room , The kitchen is equipped with numerous cooking utensils so that nothing stands in the way of cozy cooking evenings. This is complemented by the open kitchen and a comfortable seating area, consisting of a dining table and four chairs. The two bedrooms are equipped with a high-quality box spring bed (180cm x 200cm) for cozy hours for two. From the bed you can watch your favorite program on a 32 inch flat screen TV or enjoy the view towards Wustrow. The wardrobe with safe and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. Take the first steps in the morning on the balcony and enjoy the sea air. In both bathrooms you have a walk-in shower, a toilet, a towel radiator and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, light floor tiles and dark wall tiles provide the special flair of the yacht club equipment line. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. Dogs are welcome in the apartment.
