The Marissa Resort is situated on extensive grounds right on the shores of Lake Dümmer, Lower Saxony’s second-largest lake. On the grounds, you’ll find, amongst other things, a skate park, various playgrounds, a low ropes course and jogging trails along the shore. The expansive sandy beach – the heart of the resort – is perfect for swimming, playing or relaxing in the sun. Bicycles can be hired for a fee to explore the surrounding area on well-maintained cycle paths. A wide range of water sports also ensures a varied holiday experience.



For culinary delights, the BEACHMAR beach café, situated right by the water, and the MEZZOMAR buffet restaurant will spoil you, so you won’t need to leave the resort for a meal. In addition, there is a mini-market selling sandwiches and regional produce, as well as the SEEKONTOR Concept Store, which stocks fashion, home accessories, lifestyle items and delicatessen goods. The large lakeside promenade is also home to the conference and events centre, as well as the spacious pool and sauna area.



The resort impresses not only with its high-quality accommodation but also with its extensive range of leisure and wellness facilities. The ‘Pool & Spa’ area delights guests of all ages with a large indoor pool featuring a water slide, an outdoor infinity pool, a children’s pool with a grotto, a relaxation area, a conservatory and a snack bar. The spacious sauna area invites you to relax with its roof terrace, hot tubs, loungers and various saunas – including bio and panoramic saunas – as well as a spa bar and lounge. At the ‘LYKKE LAND’ activity centre, young and old alike will find something to enjoy. The holiday price is an all-inclusive rate and covers all additional costs such as utility charges, bed linen, admission fees and final cleaning.



Please note: From 30 November 2026 to 11 December 2026, maintenance and refurbishment work will be carried out in the pool and sauna area. These facilities will not be available during this period.
