This charming upstairs apartment has recently undergone a full renovation, and boasts plenty of natural light throughout the day, thanks to its south-facing living room. With a comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, and two full bathrooms, there`s plenty of space for up to four guests. For any additional guests, a high-quality queen 8-inch air mattress is available for use in the living room.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including two large 50-inch plus Smart TVs and a fully stocked kitchen. The outdoor patio is a perfect place to relax and unwind, with a BBQ grill and seating area available for your enjoyment. The apartment is situated on the second floor, providing a sense of privacy and seclusion, while still being close to everything that Pacific Beach has to offer.

As a guest, you`ll have the convenience of two private parking spots in the alleyway, numbered as #1 and #4. Please be sure to park only in these designated spots to avoid any inconvenience to the neighbors. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs.

While you`ll have your own private patio to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, please be aware that the owner`s patio and furniture are off-limits to guests. This area is located near the parking spots, and we kindly ask that you respect their privacy during your stay.

Pacific Beach is a coastal community in San Diego. It has a very vibrant local community and it’s very family friendly. Pacific Beach is bounded by La Jolla to the north, Mission Beach and Mission Bay to the south, Interstate 5 to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. While formerly largely populated by young people, surfers, and college students, because of rising property and rental costs the population is gradually becoming older and more affluent. `P.B.,` as it is known as by local residents, is home to one of San Diego`s more developed nightlife scenes, with a great variety of bars, eateries, and clothing stores located along Garnet Avenue and Mission Boulevard.
The apartment is perfectly located to walk to restaurants, bars, supermarket, shops and everything PB has to offer. No car needed if to stick around PB but its recommended. The apartment comfortably accommodates 2 adults, with an additional charge of $20 per night per adult for a maximum of 6 adults staying. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, and any violation of this rule will result in a fine of $99 for cleaning purposes. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors during your stay by adhering to quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Trash bins are in the Back alley, next to the parking spots, they come every monday to pick up and recycle every two weeks. If you want to help with the trash, please place the bins over the line into the alley on Sunday evening as they come very early monday night.

Check out is very easy. Please leave everything AS is, the maid will come and take care of everything. No need to take trash out or put anything in the washer/dryer. Please lock all doors/windows and the apartment , and return keys to the lock box. Daniel was an excellent host! The property was SO clean and well kept! It was pleasantly close to walk everywhere and definitely met our needs for visiting friends nearby. Despite not having an AC the property was stocked with big fans to circulate air and was comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again for our next visit!
Great place to stay! Nicely furnished, and well stocked with everything needed to dine in. Walking very easy to beach and bay. Grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Designated parking spot was very convenient. We would highly recommend this place!

This property was clean and comfortable. We didn’t want for anything- location was great, kitchen was well stocked, and beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the outside space but it was nice to have the option to grill.
I would definitely rent this apartment again if I returned to PB.
The apartment met our needs for having a place to sleep. We were gone most of the time during our stay visiting with friends and family. The apartment is in a good location on Grand. The only draw back was the street noise.
While the living room / dining area is smaller than the picture portrays, it still works for 4 people. The condo was very clean, beds were good, and kitchen was well stocked. It is on a major street, so it’s a bit noisy until 10:00 or so, but I’m still recommend staying here!
Perfect location and unit for our stay with my parents for my daughter’s college graduation! Kitchen and baths have just been remodeled. And it was very clean when we arrived. It even had a bullet (blender) for our morning smoothies! It was a perfect location for our morning walks to the bay or the beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
We loved this adorable bright place. Beds and sofa were comfy. We so felt relaxed. Having a parking spot is convenient! Full sized washer dryer is nice. We walked to dinner (Pueblo),cute coffee place, and 7 /11. We also took a longer walk to crown point park to watch the San Diego Crew Classic. We would stay again!
Daniel is a great host-very low key. Property is as you see it on line very clean and neat. Great location. Walk 2 blocks around corner and there is a Sprouts market, a great restaurant/bar called the Tap Room and a Starbucks a few blocks down Grand. There is no a/c, but there are fans-just open windows and let marine layer cool condo in evening. Be careful in the showers-the tubs are nice and new, but very slick. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.
Very nice condo and perfect location for us. Walking distance to restaurants. Comfy bed and nice furniture. Kitchen is well equipped. We caught a bit cooler weather, but the heater made it cozy when needed. The closet of the smaller bedroom is partially used as storage what leaves less space for your items. Internet is a bit wobbly, even close to the amplifier. Loved the tree in front of the living room.
Everything was mostly great, only two complaints. The water and ice-maker from the refrigerator door needed a new filter and when we drank from it, we literally gagged. It tasted horrible and we had to drink from the tap. Also, when we got there, there was a load of wet towels and sheets left in the dryer I had to deal with in order to use it. But other than that, great place!
Property was very clean, well stocked, and accurate to description. Location was perfect for us, close to son’s house, beach, and bay. Loved the morning light in kitchen and living room. Daniel was great and accommodating, will definitely stay here again.
This unit was fabulous! Checked all boxes for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Easy walk to the beach, coffee, restos! Also easy drive to/from airport, downtown and campus! Easy parking. Great communication with owner for access codes and passwords. Excellent amenities, super comfy beds and furniture. Kitchen was great and my college kiddos appreciated the washer/drier!! would highly recommend!
The property is in a prime location. We come to San Diego all the time and glad we found the gem. The unit is clean and staged perfectly. The owner responds fast if you have any questions. Make sure you bring a fan if you are used to having an AC.

Newly renovated upstairs apartment with amazing south facing living room makes for ample natural light to sunbathe your mornings. Comfortable King bed in master bedroom and queen bed in other room with 2 full renovated bathrooms. The 3rd bed is an 8 inch Air Mattress available to be placed in living room. Huge two 50 inch plus TV’s and fully equipped kitchen/home. Large outdoor patio with BBQ and seating area, upstairs apartment on second floor. Please make sure to put the numbers of guests staying at the apartment on the Air BNB website when booking as I will need to accommodate/stock the apartment for the # of guests sleeping there.

5 Blocks to Pacific Beach (OCEAN), and 5 blocks to Mission bay. Lots of Places to rent bikes and trails nearby. Recently renovated the whole apartment. After 2 adults, it's a $20 charge per night per adult staying there with a max of 6 adults staying at the apartment. Please do not smoke in the apartment as there will be a $99 fine applied for cleaning purposes. Quite hours or not being loud after 10 pm to 8 am. Ring camera on the front door for security purposes. Guest have 2 private parking spots in the alley # 1 and # 4 and the apartment is upstairs on the second floor. Condo is very conveniently located in Pacific Beach within walking distance to restaurants/shops/supermarkets. Guest have their own PATIO are not allowed to use the owners patio and furniture which is located close to the parking spots.
