Great spot

We are frequent hikers to the Tucson area. This location is close to Saguaro National Park (both east and west), Sabino and Bear Canyons and many other great hiking areas. It is also close to restaurants, fuel, and shopping. The house is clean, has a large kitchen, old furniture, and the beds are so comfortable! The bathroom is small but adequate. The house could use some improvements yet it was great for us. It is quiet and you cannot hear traffic.

Good space - feels old

This property has a lot of well laid out living space. There was a nice separation of the bedrooms from the living room and kitchen. At the same time, it feels old - 1950s era - that has been painted over but still shows its age. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen had lots of room to cook. Furniture was mixed. Some was fine, some not very functional. I'd recommend checking on amenities that matter to you before booking. We had a dietary need for a blender that was listed but was not there. When we reported this, the owner had one delivered the next day. It also listed a dishwasher but there wasn't one. That one we didn't care about. "Comfy 2BR" was recently brought onto the short-term rental market, clearly on a tight budget. But the space worked well for me, not so much for my wife.
