Imagine enjoying your morning coffee as you feel the breeze and view the Gulf of Mexico from your lanaii. This 5000 square foot home offers large spaces to gather with friends as well as cozy quiet areas for privacy. Guests will appreciate a large gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and large dining space. The great room space also includes fireplace, large Smart TV, and adjacent sitting room with French doors for privacy. The main level also holds three bedrooms, each equipped with television. The Master level offers a king size bed, sitting area w trundle bed, two walk in closets, separated beverage center, large jetted tub w separate rain shower, and a million dollar view of the gulf. The ground level offers a private living space with large queen size bedroom and connected full bath with large shower, family room area , large TV, full size frig, cooktop, microwave. A half bath connects to the patio, and there is walkout from the living space to the lanaii and pool. An elevator is available from the living space and also the garage for access to the main level living space. Bikes are available for a short 10 minute ride to Howard Park Beach or Sunset Beach. Enjoy the concerts on the beach, a boat ride to a nearby island, shopping in nearby Dunedin, the sponge docks, or golfing on the many beautiful, nearby courses. Special scheduled area events include art fairs in Dunedin, First Friday in downtown Tarpon Springs, Feast of the Epiphany celebration in Tarpon Springs, and the Valspar tournament at Innesbrook golf club. At the end of the day enjoy the sunset over the gulf from the back yard heated spa. This property is a vacation paradise.

AMAZING property!!!!! Looking for a slice of paradise this is your place! This home is beautifully decorated, clean, welcoming and has the most spectacular view.! All the amenities you need and then some. Joyce was easy to get a hold of and pleasantly answered all my questions. Everything was perfect right down to the neighbors !!! The pool and hot tub were bigger than most and comfortable with all of us in it. Blankets , beach towels, TVs in the rooms all the comforts of home only nicer !!!!!
