The Space:

Enjoy the peaceful vibes while you travel to Enterprise AL but with all the comforts of a home! This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home will leave you with plenty of space for the family or group of friends while providing areas to enjoy connect and everyone! Jump in the pool! Grill a steak! Make some s'mores by the fire pit! Watch a movie! We hope this is space to make many memorable moments while finding rest and relaxation!

The Neighborhood:

Legacy Farms is a nice family friendly neighborhood in Enterprise AL. We ask our guests that they respect the neighbors and observe quiet hours of 9pm-9am. This home is not set up for parties nor are they allowed. Only guests registered are allowed on the property unless coordinated with the host.



Getting Around:

The home is conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Enterprise and 5 minutes from Ft. Rucker gate. Feel free to walk around the neighborhood or go for a run around the loop which is 1.2miles.

Great Little Oasis

We had a great time! The location was convenient and we loved the pool! We were so happy and very thankful our dog was allowed, and she loved running around the yard. Maria made the process easy and was so helpful. If we are in the area again we will definitely book again!

Great place

This place is everything described and more.. the house is well equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay, it comfortably supported our group of 8, the pool and backyard space is totally awesome, we set up some backyard games where there were plenty space and played some water volleyball. Our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend.. I will definitely stay again when back in town. The neighbor was equally awesome, seemed very quiet and safe.

A little slice of heaven

I came in town to celebrate our great granddaughters 1st birthday. The pool was Devine with the abnormally high temperatures. I enjoyed staying in a safe family friendly environment.

Beautiful

We only stayed one night, passing through on our way to Florida. The house is just beautiful, everything was there that you could think of and clean. My grandbabies enjoyed the pool. Would definitely recommend and will always check to see if this house is available if we go through Alabama.

2024 Girls Trip

We had a great time and would stay again. Pool was great. The kitchen could use more dishes bowls and utensils to make it easier to prepare meals. With only a 4 piece setting we ran the dishwasher more than normal.

Needs a good deep cleaning.

The house was not clean and there were items in the washer and the dryer was still running. We checked in at 7:00 PM. The floors and kitchen counters had sticky stuff all over them. The trash was overflowing in the outside trash can. There was dog fur on the floors and dirty socks on the floor in the master bedroom. Very damp towels were in the linen closet in the master. I sent a message to the owner a few days after our visit to address these issues but never heard back from her. These were the problems we had. This house is nice but it did not sleep 8. There was a twin in one room and 3 queens.That is 7. Thank goodness we had family in the area that brought us a an inflatable mattress. The house needs a good deep cleaning but the pool was great . It kept all of the kids entertained.

We have addressed the issue with this particular cleaner and no longer utilize that service. We also never were notified of the substandard cleaning issues as the guest claims. We always attempt to immediately remedy the issue as best we can. The house comfortably sleeps seven but can sleep eight people. The listing clearly shows we have three queen beds and one twin, the eighth person can sleep on one of the blow-up mattresses stored in the closet or on the couch. We are so sorry the guest had a bad experience with the cleanliness as this is unacceptable. However, we believe this was an outlier event and we provide a clean and comfortable stay for all our guests or we fix the problem as soon as possible.

Lots of room for improvement

This property has great potential but needs a lot of maintenence. We contacted the host immediatly upon arrival as the door code given did not work and there was overflowing garbage can in the driveway. We found lots of things broken inside the home (door hooks missing, broken towel bar, shower knobs broken, 2 floor tiles completely missing & the hole covered up with a not very clean rug. The pool light did not work, one closet door was off the track & we couldn't open it and Boards on the backyard fence completely off the fence (she knew that we had a small dog and toddler with us) to name a few). The house was far from clean. There was a list of linens by the laundry that we did not find in the home. She seemed to know about the broken/missing items except for the fence and offered a gift card for the inconvenience but we have yet to recieve said gift card. She did offer to have someone come do repairs while we were there which we declined as we were on vacation and didn't want to have to deal with repairmen coming in & out.There were roaches in the kitchen area and bees in the tree beside the pool. I texted about these things when we left but had no response from her. We did enjoy the nice pool and the beds were comfortable. We were overall disappointed in this home but managed to have a nice vacation. We love this area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We will not book this property again.

Fort Rucker Visit

We were in town to visit our daughter that is stationed at Fort Rucker. The property was as describe. Very clean and just like home. Maria was great to work with and very responsive with any questions that we had. The weather was great and warm enough to enjoy the pool the weekend we were there. Perfect house, perfect location!

House was so clean with nice and new furnishings. It was so close to Ft Rucker, where we visited our son. It was yoo bad the temps were to cold to enjoy the beauriful pool!
