The apartments consist of 3 bedrooms and a large spacious living room with a
open kitchen. You also have a washing machine and a TV. to disposal.
The apartment is located on the ground floor in a 2 family house on a plot of approx. 800 square meters.
Outside you can use the pool, outdoor shower, playground and vegetable garden as well as the outdoor kitchen with grill station under the pergola.

It is 5 minutes by car from your home to the beautiful Grotticelle beach. But other beaches such as Formicolli or the breathtaking old town of Tropea can be reached in a few minutes by car.
Bank, supermarket, pizzeria and restaurants are also nearby, both on foot or by car.

Sehr schöner Urlaub an im Süden Italiens

Wir hatten nach einer "spannenden" Anreise einen sehr schönen, erholsamen und interessanten Urlaub in Kalabrien. Das Haus der Familie Vigliarolo ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet und überzeugt mit einer tollen Lage (Sundowner mit Blick auf den Stromboli!) und Großzügigkeit (abgeschlossenes, großes Grundstück mit Pool, Grillecke usw.). Insgesamt 8 Restaurants sind von dort aus fussläufig erreichbar, auch Bank oder Bahnhof kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Im Sommer ist Süditalien bis nachmittgas sehr heiß, aber das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage und der Pool erfrischt ebenfalls. Insgesamt ein super Startpunkt um Süditalien mit Auto oder Zug zu entdecken. Ganz, ganz großen Dank an die Familie Vigliarolo, die für uns bei Fragen immer telefonisch oder per Video Call erreichbar war.

Ottimo alloggio

La casa é situata in un ottima posizione, hai vicino tutto il necessario: supermercati, ATM… ovviamente per gli spostamenti la macchina é necessaria. La proprietaria é molto gentile (quando c’ero io Lei era in Germania però é sempre stata raggiungibile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema) Il plus di questa casa é che ha degli spazi esterni molto interessanti, come la doccia esterna, forno a legna, BBQ … L’unica nota negativa è che mancano dei ventilatori perché nei primi giorni quando sono andato io, si moriva di caldo e si faceva fatica a dormire poi con il passare dei giorni si stava un po’ più freschi (però la proprietaria mi ha garantito che aveva in mente di mettere dei condizionatori appena sarebbe tornata in Italia) In conclusione, sono molto contento e consiglio vivamente questa casa perché ha veramente tutto quello che serve.

casa accogliente, ottima posizione

casa molto bella, con giardino, piscina , barbeque e spazi all'aperto. Ottima posizione per visitare le spiagge e i paesi nei dintorni di Tropea. Proprietari molto disponibili.
