Just spent 14 nights here and can’t fault the house or the communication. The house is private, spotlessly clean and the kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you require. The pool and outside patio/BBQ were fantastic and sundowners on the upper patio is a must. You can walk into town for a choice of many good restaurants, bars and shops and the beach is stunning especially at sunrise/sunset. The walk back up to the house is up a steady hill with 2 steep parts but it’s manageable

The house is really perfect. Superclean and has everything you need! The host on-site is really friendly and helpful. The area is beautiful. An absolute 10 and we would love to come again.

What can I say? The villa is first class, so well equipped with an abundance of kitchen equipment and linen/towels. The salt water pool is to die for although beware of swimming costumes turning slightly green! Stoupa is just fabulous, has everything but is equally unspoiled. Would highly recommend this villa!

It was a beautiful house. Only 12 minutes walk to Stoupa beach. House itself is equipped with everything. More than enough towels. Clean beautiful bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. Nice pool, but not very big. Furthermore you are completely private. Also a well working fixed barbecue. In short, we enjoyed this house and the beautiful surroundings.

We loved the house, its location and all the bathrooms! We were a group of friends so loved having a bedroom and bathroom each. Lots of towels and linen provided. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings (when the local cockerels allowed!) and the pool. Lovely place to relax. The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to cook and had plenty of cutlery and crockery so we never ran out even when the dishwasher was full. It was great being able to walk to the bakery and the supermarket. The beach in Stoupa was a bit further but still walkable. The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide an English language version of the house instructions in the house, not just by email. Otherwise it was as advertised, except that the twice weekly cleaning did not happen.

Es war wirklich sehr schön, das Haus ist wunderschön und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts, in der Küche war alles vorhanden, schöner Pool, den die Kinder genossen haben. Wir hatten mit 4 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen eine sehr schöne Woche, ich kann es jedem empfehlen. Katie antwortete sofort auf die Nachrichten, wenn es ein Problem gab. Und sie hat schnell eine Lösung gefunden. Vielen Dank an Katie

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa ist atemberaubend und so durchdacht gestaltet, dass sie zahlreiche nutzbare Bereiche bietet: zwei schöne Balkone, einen schattigen Essbereich im Erdgeschoss, einen Außengrill mit Holzofen, den Poolbereich mit vier Liegen (alle mit Sonnenschutz) sowie einer Hängematte, dazu viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten im Inneren. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und jedes verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar – wir haben in gemächlichem Tempo etwa 12 Minuten benötigt. Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Ein kleines Problem hatten wir, da das Poolwasser unsere Kleidung grün verfärbte. Nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, wurde dies aber sofort vom Wartungsteam behoben. Uns wurde erklärt, dass Sonnenschutzmittel die Ursache sind und dies nicht nur bei dieser Villa, sondern bei allen Pools in der Umgebung auftreten kann. Wir haben dann versucht, sparsam mit Sonnencreme umzugehen, was das Problem deutlich verbessert hat. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir zudem gezielt nach Cremes suchen, die weniger Einfluss auf das Wasser haben. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Huisje en zwembad waren super!

Huis was heel schoon en genoeg servies en bestek aanwezig.Zwembad was heerlijk.Bedden waren prima.Op loopafstand van strand en restaurants.Enig minpuntje: de hanen van achterburen die kraaien. Tip: neem oordopjes mee!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Haus Spiti-Manolis. Von der Buchung bis zur Hausübergabe hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Das Haus ist eines der durchdachtesten und hochwertigsten die wir je hatten und wir waren schon in vielen. Pool groß , Betten sehr bequem , Klimaanlage sehr leise , Küche überkomplett ausgestattet , an jedem Fenster und jeder Türe Fliegengitter.Obwohl keine Wiese vorhanden ist , was auch in der Beschreibung steht , war der Außenbereich mit vielen Pflanzen wunderbar begrünt. Innen wie außen sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend. Bei einem kleinen Problem mit dem Pool war binnen 20 Minuten wer vor Ort. Ach ja, bei vorherigen Bewertungen wurden die Hühner gegenüber angesprochen. Wir fanden sie sehr heimlig. Wie Urlaub am Bauernhof :) Alles in allem ein Haus , das wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen können.

Fantastisch huis met werkelijk alle voorzieningen die je kunt wensen. Uitstekend zwembad, prima barbecue, fijne tafel buiten. Wat ons verder goed beviel waren de privé-badkamer bij ieder slaapkamer, de keuken voorzien van alle gemakken en de wasmachine en droger. En hoe mooi dat je verse citroenen zo van de boom kunt plukken. Verder ook mooi dat je lopend naar Stoupa en de supermarkt kunt. Niets dan lof dus. Enige minpunt vonden wij de kwaliteit van de internetverbinding. Dat hadden we hier beter verwacht. We hadden in ieder geval gehoopt om na een dag in de zon, in de zee en op het strand (gecombineerd met een prima lunch!) even een Nederlands programma en een voetbalwedstrijd te zien. Aanvankelijk kwamen we niet verder dan 4 Mbps. Nadat we dat hadden aangekaart hadden bij Katy (waarover veel dank voor al haar hulp), was het iets beter (10 Mbps). En prompt viel het internet een dag lang uit.

Wunderschönes Haus , sehr funktional eingerichtet mit Mückenschutz ( sehr nützlich gegen die vielen Stechmücken). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Der Weg zum Strand ca 10 min Fußweg, Rückweg etwas mühsamer, da es bergauf geht. Großer Supermarkt in direkter Nähe. Für Kinder nur bedingt geeignet, da kein wirklicher Garten vorhanden, aber ein schöner Pool.
