This property is in an excellent location. It is walking distance to great restaurants and right across from the bay and park. The house is laid out perfectly allowing for bigger group to be separate yet together with nice outdoor decks allowing for sun and shade. We had a great time at the house. Highly recommend staying here.

Great layout with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms downstairs and open upper level with kitchen and living room. Spacious deck. Great communication. Extremely walkable area close but away from the bustle of the boardwalk. Host thought of everything and communicates well. Top notch property.

Comfortable, clean, roomy townhome in an amazing location. Fit our family well for long Easter Weekend. We will be back to the Modern Gem in Crown Point for sure.

We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. It’s close to the bay walking path and the water and it’s a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the porches to eat breakfast and read books and enjoy the view and watch the activity on Mission Bay. We walked to Jamba Juice and had easy access to drive to the zoo and the airport just 15 minutes away. The garage parking spot was fantastic so we didn’t have to worry about street parking. We did use the air conditioning for a few hours during the hottest part of the day but were also able to open the sliding doors to get a great cool breeze in the evenings. I have zero notes to add anything for improvement.

The property is well equipped with top rated appliances and kitchen ware. There is a propane grill just outside the kitchen on a balcony. The beds were comfortable. The living/dining/kitchen space worked well for our groups. The garage parking was essential as the streets places are full. Our only concern was that the cleaning job prior to our arrival was not thorough as I would expect.

Beautiful property in a great location. My entire family loved the modern vibe and the record player. It's clean with spa-like bathrooms and a great kitchen. Conveniently close to the harbor and Crown Shores and Sea World. Can't wait to visit again!
