Welcome to the two newly built luxury apartments for 1 to 4 people in sustainable wood construction (solid wood walls) with a wonderful mountain view and a large terrace or Balcony. Climate-friendly FB heating with heat pump and PV system as well as central ventilation completely free of fossil fuels. The comfortably furnished apartments are equipped to a high standard, each with a separate bedroom, a spacious eat-in kitchen incl. Dishwasher and Microwave, large flat screen TV and bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine. The entire lighting is carried out using the latest LED technology. W-LAN is available free of charge in the entire building. A sufficient number of parking spaces are available directly at the house. Thanks to our central yet quiet location, you can reach shops, restaurants or the bus stop in just a few minutes on foot. The local train station is also less than a kilometer away. Take your hikes, mountain tours or bike tours from here or relax on the terrace or Balcony. Ideal starting point for excursion destinations in the surrounding area such as Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden, Salzburg, Chiemsee ....

Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Bei den entstandenen Umständen unserer Anreise, war er sehr verständnisvoll und hat uns nie das Gefühl gegeben die falsche Unterkunft gewählt zu haben. Auch bei der Wahl der Ausflugsziele, könnte er gute Ideen einbringen. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man in wenigen Autominuten sehr viele schöne Ausflugsziele erreichen. Die Unterkunft selber ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Berchtesgadener Land sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung lag wie beschrieben ruhig, aber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten viele Ausflüge ohne Auto unternehmen.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Mit einem angenehmen Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sehr komfortabel. Wir haben uns mit 2 kleinen Kindern gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Nahversorgung ist fussläufig zu erreichen, ebenso eine schöner Spielplatz.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Piding! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter, sehr herzlich und unfassbar freundlich! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts an der Ausstattung... Die Wohnung eignet sich wunderbar für 4 Personen... Wir waren mehr als begeistert und kommen definitiv wieder!!!!! Alle Ausflugsziel sind von Piding aus wunderbar zu erreichen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist auch einfach wundervoll!!!!
