Haus Fleur - a renovated, cozy house to relax

Haus Fleur is detached on approx. 300 m² of land in a quiet final location of the holiday park and offers space for up to 6 people on approx. 85 m².
The holiday park in Sint Maarten is located near the North Sea. The house has just been renovated and has an open fireplace, terrace with awning, TV and WiFi.

The open living-dining area is on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, electric hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is an extendable table for up to 8 people. An open fireplace, satellite and cable TV with 32 '' TV and DVD player and an Ikea Symfonisk Box (Sonos) are available.

In the kitchen you will find a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine,
a soda streamer (please bring a cartridge with you!) and a cordless vacuum cleaner as well as many other electrical helpers.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms with French beds (160 x 200 cm), in one of the two bedrooms there is also a single bed (80 x 200 cm) that can be pulled out into a full double bed (160 x 200 cm).
There is also a toilet on the upper floor.

The south terrace with table, chairs and loungers can be shaded with an awning.

Bed linen, towels, dry towels and dishcloths are not available.

The cost of final cleaning is € 70.

A Weber charcoal grill is available.

Pets and smoking are not allowed in the house - allergy sufferers are happy.

No rental to groups / youth groups.
