Met our group’s expectations. House had everything we needed. Location was awesome with just a short walk to the beach. Very easy check-in and check-out. Thank you.
This was a great house for kids. We didnt have good weather during our stay but there was plenty to do in the house. Games, toys, books. We really did enjoy this property

Great home and location
We loved the 6 bedrooms with 4 master suites. Also love the location , amenities and beach access.
The house needs a deep cleaning and window cleaning-you can barely see the ocean through the salty grime. We also had 2 maintenance issues that were reported early in the week and never fixed.
We stayed a week for a wedding, it was a great trip. We brought our 15 month old and he LOVED all the toy baskets and books. There were two high chairs and a baby gate, which I do wish I knew all the kid stuff was available before hand because we brought all those things too. But was a nice surprise. Plenty of room for adults to hang out while kiddo slept on middle level. Great veiws of ocean and easy walk to beach and convenient location to drive or bike a ton of places.
There were just a few issues. First floor was musty. The five-month-old and mom slept on the first floor. 5th day baby was having problems with congestion. We moved her up to the second floor. The one bedroom had cupcake wrappers under the bed. And the one bathroom floor was dirty. Other than that we did enjoy your vacation very much. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and maybe use the hot tub one time. The difficult thing was all the floors. You do get a work out going up and down those stairs! Easy access us to the beach which was wonderful.
Location was great. House overall was good. ** 2 rolls of toilet paper in a 6 bathroom house was UNACCEPTABLE. Very disappointing. ** No soap of any kind in any bathroom? No small bar or pump soap, no toiletries of any kind. ** Unmade beds on arrival. NOT VACATION FRIENDLY and a small * in the check in list? Didn't see it and was again disappointed. *Pool and hot tubs were both uninviting because they were not clean. No gas grill? TVs were NOT CONNECTED to the system. I do appreciate the quick attention to tuis issuecwe raised while there. Our technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. **2 years ago Seaside Vacations left us a bag, spice dispenser (this house had NOTHING, not even salt or pepper), and other amenities. Empty bag this trip, and spent over 9K for this home first week of June and it left us wondering what happened and wanting more. Sincerely
