PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one is living on-site 24/7. We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.
9. POOL RULES: a) No unsupervised children in the pool area. b) NO DIVING. c) No glass in the pool area. Any broken glass will require a full pool drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool. d) No swimming in the pool after 10 pm.

This property was perfect for my stay! Even though I didn't use the other bedrooms (my sisters couldn't join me,) the living spaces and pool were welcoming and the kitchen was fantastic! The house is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac allowing it to truly feel like a vacation spot. I know where I'm staying next year!

In town to visit my Air Force daughter. We had the most relaxing and lovely time here. Such a comfortable home and close to where we wanted to be. Loved hanging out at the pool. Communication with the hosts was excellent. I hope to stay here the next trip that I plan to Tucson.

Quiet and secure neighborhood. Our hosts were VERY accommodating and responded quickly to any questions that we might have. The pool is nice, but a bit too cold for us in late October. The poolside area is great: comfortable and nice birds in the morning with plenty of shade.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Tucson! The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing visit. Having use of the attached garage along with automatic garage door opener was a very nice perk. The location was ideal—close to great hiking trails, restaurants, and local attractions, yet peaceful and quiet for a restful getaway.The host was incredibly responsive, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We especially loved sitting out back with our dog in the mornings, enjoying the desert views and stunning sunrises.This property exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tucson!

Overall a great rental. Pool is not heated. There were several plugs that didn't work in the house, but we were able to find plugs that worked for what we needed. Beds were a little hard, but not too bad. All and all, we would rent again. It was clean and centrally located. Great owner communication.

We came down from PHX. The house was as described. Very cool layout, plenty of room for everyone. We chose this property for the pool and it was awesome!! Seating area is covered, great break from the sun and we got two awesome hour long thunderstorms.
Close to Mount Lemon and grocery stores. We’re plant based, so MidTown Deli was fantastic. Megpizza had great Vegan Cheese bread. There’s actually a great Vegan food scene here.
Would stay again. Hosts are great . No issues checking in/out.
Wife accidentally left an item behind and they were able to ship it to us. Thank you.
