Quiet and cozy apartment (52 sqm) on the first floor
Quiet and cozy apartment in Bad Birnbach. The property is within walking distance of the Rottal Therme, the market square, the hiking trails and the Bella Vista Golf Park. The modern and friendly furnished apartment is on the first floor and has 52 square meters of living space. In the separate bedroom you will find a double bed (180 x 200 cm) with allergy-free mattresses, closet and chairs. In the living area there is a large sofa and a TV and has access to the balcony. The dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with a fridge, hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots and tea towels. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, stool, hair dryer, mirror and cosmetic mirror. There is a lockable shelter for bicycles and golf bags. A parking space is directly at the house. Final cleaning, parking and use of WiFi in all areas are included in the price.
