This beautiful apartment is located directly on the lake, has a terrace and small garden. It is located in the metropolitan region of Hamburg and Lübeck can be reached in 10 minutes by public transport and Hamburg in 32 minutes. You can reach the Baltic Sea in 20 minutes via the motorway. The lake is located directly on the nature reserve and invites you to take long walks.
A parking space is in front of the house and the apartment is on the ground floor. The whole apartment is barrier-free. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. It is integrated in the living room and from the dining table you also have a wonderful view of the lake. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sofa bed for 2 people. They also look out over the garden and the lake from the bed in the bedroom.
