Krnica is a small, tranquil but very nice place about 20 km from Pula and the airport and has 1 shop for shopping, 3 bars, a post office (to change money) and a tourist office. The beach and sea are only about 3km.

For single use: New holiday home for 6 people (semi-detached house) Villa ELMASO 110 m² (formerly Noah) on 2 floors with private pool 7.5 x 3.5 m (mid May - end of September) with surrounding pool terrace and completely fenced property, outdoor shower, large covered terrace with garden furniture, parasol & deck chairs, barbecue, internet access wifi, washing machine, private parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

On the ground floor there is a beautiful, bright, fully air-conditioned room in an open concept that connects the living room with the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hob, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, kettle), and there is also a guest toilet ,
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms (1 room m. Bed 160x200cm, 1 room w. 2 beds 90x200 cm & 1 room w. 1 bed 180x200cm), one bedroom has a private bathroom and for the other two bedrooms there is a shared bathroom for use. All bedrooms have access to one of the two balconies from which you have a great view of the landscape.

In this beautiful house you can relax away from mass tourism and hustle and bustle because the house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. However, the location of the house enables you to reach a restaurant and a shop for daily needs within a 5 - 10 minute walk. The most important and beautiful sights of Istria can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. In about 300 m you will reach a viewpoint from which you have a breathtaking view of the sea and the island of Cres,
