Comfortably sleeps 12 people with additional options for 2 smaller people. Wood fireplace and lots of comfy seating to spread out. All of the comforts of home with the beauty and peace of the mountains!
The space
Lower level has a large bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, eat in kitchen and living room with TV. Main Level has master bedroom with king bed & private bath containing soaking tub, 2 additional bedrooms (one queen and one double with twin bunk beds), a full bathroom, loft with 2 twin beds and 2 large living areas: one with TV and one with stone fireplace. New granite kitchen with island and new appliances top off the great space!
Guest access
Lots of great walkable areas: scenic overlook with picnic tables, lodge, trails and even walk to the market for groceries. There is room for at least 4 cars in our driveway.

You can also walk over to 2 Blue trails: Eagle Swoop and Tyro
Other things to note
The house is in the process of having the large deck in front replaced (scheduled to be complete by the end of July) and there is also a gravel patio area in the back of the house right off the kitchen that has a table, chairs and bench for additional outdoor space.
