The Space
• Two King Bedrooms and Two full bathrooms with full laundry amenities
• Front porch with 4 rocking chairs and string lights
• Large, well equipped kitchen with all standard amenities including and reverse osmosis water filter. Ice maker is also hooked up to reverse osmosis filter.
• High-speed WiFi & Smart Roku TVs
• Pack ‘n’ play and high chair available if desired. Both are stored in the second bedroom closet.
• 9 foot ceilings & large windows throughout the space
• We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT provided.
• When pulling into the driveway & facing the house from the street, please park only on the left side of the driveway. The basement apartment is used as a small office space, and it is assigned the right side of the driveway.
• No entry is permitted into the garage because it is used as office space/storage in conjunction with the basement apartment. We apologize for any inconvenience
• We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

🔏 Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required for each reservation.
🚭 Smoke-Free Property This is a completely smoke-free home — indoors and out. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 deodorization fee will apply.
🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking on the premises is available during your reservation window only. Unapproved late departures may result in a $250 fee, as our team works on a tight turnaround to prepare the home for arriving guests.
🤫 Quiet Hours Please observe quiet hours from 10p to 8a — the neighbors will love you for it.
🧹 Cleaning & Products Our professional cleaning team handles all deep cleaning between stays. During your visit, please avoid using bleach-based products to prevent accidental damage to linens and surfaces.
🕯️ Scents & Candles Out of respect for guests with sensitivities, please refrain from burning incense, diffusing essential oils, or using similar scented items inside the home.
🎉 Gatherings & Events This home is designed for rest, relaxation, and quality time — not parties or events. Please keep overnight guests to those listed on the reservation.

• A non-refundable $150 pet fee applies per stay
• Maximum of 2 dogs; no other animals permitted
• Dogs must be fully housebroken
• Please clean up after your pet
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or linens
• No cats permitted due to a family allergy
