Our Cozy home is situated in the beautiful mountains of the East Tennessee area. Located at just under 3 miles to Pigeon Forge, 15 miles from Gatlinburg, and 9 miles to the heart of Sevierville we are close enough to enjoy everything on your list! 4 season home with 1100sq. feet including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Accommodates 6. Large deck with outdoor furniture and greenery provided, Game Room for kids, BBQ grill and Outdoor fire pit available, situated on a private lot surrounded by nature.

unfortunately there was a situation with their cleaning service and the property had not been cleaned. Therefore, we had to find other accommodations. They have said they would fully refund our stay.

Private, in the mountains, with all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay! The little things make a huge difference and the kitchen was just that. Next time we will definitely stay longer. The location is superb. We went zip lining, shopping in pigeon forge, and enjoyed the alpine mountain coaster - all in a single day. I feel the price was right and I was happy. Thanks, Maria!

Great communication. Very cute and quaint. For a cabin in the woods, it was a very nice stay. Location was perfect for what we had planned in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The place was good just needs some items addresses and some brushing up on the outside. One thing that should be mentioned in the listing is that you have to travel on a gravel road to get to the home and that the drive is also gravel. If you have a low car may have issues getting to the house due to areas on the gravel road had some deep potholes. Also it would be nice to know when booking to bring bottled water for drinking. Was messaged that a couple days before.

We appreciate you sharing your suggestions. Our cabin is located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains, where gravel roads are very common. We’ve personally driven this route for over four years in our Toyota Camry without any issues, but we always recommend that guests drive carefully and be prepared for typical mountain roads, especially after heavy rain when potholes can occasionally develop. We also notify guests a few days before arrival that the cabin uses well water, which is perfectly safe for bathing and cooking. Some guests simply prefer the taste of bottled water for drinking, so we like to give everyone a heads-up in advance. Thank you as well for your comments about the exterior. We are continuously making improvements to keep the property looking its best and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!
