Welcome to our 1920 craftsman home nestled in Wichita's historic College Hill. Trendy restaurants, College Hill Park and the free trolley to Old Town are all within walking distance. Downtown Wichita, Wichita State University and major hospitals are a close drive. This spacious house has a bonus office for remote work. It is equipped with full kitchen, coffee nook, laundry room, outdoor seating and free driveway parking. Great for families, long-term work stays and healthcare travel.

Lovely home away from home

We enjoyed our home away from home in ICT for the weekend! We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and enjoyed our weekend! Will stay here again in the future!!

Great girls trip!

Perfect location! The house is clean and we enjoyed movie night and snacks our first night there! There were four of us, so the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect.

Family trip to celebrate my Dad's 91rst birthday

Very comfortable, updated home with a delightful ambience, and plenty of room for everybody. The tasteful decor is charming and included reflections of the history of Wichita. We loved it! The driveway entrance from the street is a little bit narrow, but not a problem. Friendly, quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will be back!!
