~Located on 150 private acres ~Very clean ~Sleeps 7-8 comfortably ~Surrounded by rolling hills ~Secluded and quiet, perfect for wildlife sightings ~Front and back outdoor seating areas for dining and relaxing ~8 miles from downtown Marshall, with town square, dining options, public pool and MVC. ~10 minute drive from Van Meter State Park with boating, hiking, and historic sites. ~20 minutes from Arrow Rock Lyceum The space This is a large farmhouse, built in 1890, and fully updated. It has been in our family for generations. We use it often for family gatherings so it's well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Note that there is no Wifi or TV in the house. But there is good cell phone service, so you can stream through your phones if you want. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property.
