New sanitizing and cleaning procedures added! One block from the beach! Relax and listen to the breeze in the palm trees on the covered front deck. Watch the waves from the partially covered back deck with outdoor dining, living area, and lounge chairs. Open floor plan with living, dining and kitchen flowing together. Three bedrooms (1 down and 2 up) and two bathrooms (1 down and 1 up) with sleeping for 8+. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped & modern kitchen with side by side refrigerator, wine rack, granite counter tops and island, microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove, oven, pantry and washer/dryer. On the ground floor you can grill on the Weber charcoal grill, clean fish in the outdoor sink, nap in the hammock, wash sand off in the outdoor shower, and gather the beach chairs, cooler and toys to take to the beach. Your beach home has everything you will need for a relaxing vacation getaway!
