We appreciate your keen eye for detail—clearly, bedside table parity and strategic washcloth placement are essentials we overlooked. We strived to have our Airbnb decorated with an ultra-minimal approach. We'll take your suggestions on board and consider adding an extra bedside table in the master, as well as some command strips in the shower. Quiet, Cozy Townhouse is the title we chose for our property, and we did this for a reason. This is a residential property with a minimum amount of spacing. We stated No Pets, No Partys, or Large gatherings in the house rules. Valinta and her guest violated house rules, disregarded quiet time hours, and had several large gatherings. Through video recordings located at both entrances of the property, I counted an excess of nine or more people. The house rules clearly state no more than six. The noise level was so loud that my next-door neighbor created a rental account just to notify me and complain of the noise, numerous amounts of people, and the distinct loud smell of marijuana. Smoking paraphernalia was found inside and outside the property. Lastly, the nail you spoke of came from the ceiling fan remote on the bedroom wall, which someone in your party ripped off the wall and tried to replace with a ribbon. I do take responsibility for the fact I overlooked your booking. I apologized and even allowed you to stay despite the fact you booked for three guests, and I clearly saw five. I would recommend that you do your research and pay close attention to the house rules and guidelines before booking another rental property.
