Our main home boasts four bedrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests comfortably, while the cozy bus offers accommodation for 2 adults. Enjoy a modern Hill country style home with custom high-end furnishings and décor throughout.

If you're planning for a group >16 guests, please send us a message so we can make arrangements to accommodate. Additionally, we have a neighboring property that can house located just one minute away, available for booking together to ensure everyone can stay close

The property also features an indoor wood burning stove and fire pits for cozy evenings. Our 7-person hot tub offers the soothing comfort of hot springs right at your private retreat. We provide lighters and firewood but require guests to bring their own kindling.

70th birthday getaway

We needed a place to hold all 18 of us to celebrate my mom turning 70. This place did not disappoint at all. There was so much space to hang out and visit. The kitchen was stocked with all the things we needed to make meals for all of us. The kids loved the downstairs area with the pool table and book nook. And the bus/camper is awesome! The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and made everything from check-in to check-out seamless. If you are looking for a place to relax with a large group this is it!

Very cool house- cleanliness was lacking

We had a great time here. The home was very nice, almost everything we needed was there. Plenty of beds for a big group. Nice quiet area but close to area attractions. Downstairs was very warm & never did cool off. Sheets and floors were all dirty so we had to clean the place a little once we got there.
