This place is truly a gem to stay at. We didn’t get to the house until late and had such ease and getting in and settled. They left treats for us to enjoy our stay even more. I highly recommend staying here and being surrounded by the beauty of nature and how they have designed the outdoor spaces to further enjoy nature. The stars were amazing here.

Nancy is an amazing hostess! We stepped inside the property and immediately felt at home. It is a lower level beneath the host’s home. The space was large and everything was creatively and tastefully decorated. All the amenities one could ask for were provided; even to the point of little individual floss packs if one forgot theirs! The property is in the country but not too far from town so that was a plus for privacy. Loved the chickens (Nancy sent us home with fresh eggs:) and fish pond that adorned this property. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and there were TVs in both bedrooms. This property would be perfect for a longer term stay. There were plenty of towels, pillows and washing machine and dryer were readily available. There is nothing negative to add; my friend and I wished we could have stayed longer and hope to make a return visit. I would highly recommend Nancy’s place to stay, you won’t be disappointed!

I'm going to start off by saying the host was extremely kind. We walked into the kitchen area and she had a bottle of wine and muffins waiting for us. Anytime I travel the hotels never feel "clean". I didnt feel that way here. The space was clean and had everything we would need. There are dishes, extra blankets, and towels. There are boards games and my son had a blast playing them with us. The outside space is incredible. We sat out by the fire and made smores, we sat on the swing and enjoyed the secenery. They have a little pond with fish and my son enjoyed feeding them. We stayed here as a group of 5 and there was plenty of space.

Relaxing getaway

We were in West Bend to attend a tractor show and this was the perfect place out of town to relax in the evenings after the show. Nice kitchen to cook breakfast in. Beds were really comfortable. Excellent view from the back porch. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, beautiful views, wonderful hosts

Lovely hosts and great location. We visited for a race at Road America and while it was not the closest option, it was worth the extra driving. Hosts were very welcoming, and the area we stayed in was perfect for our purposes. When I found out the hosts built the house in question I was amazed, it was very clean, well kept and put together.

We had a wonderful time at Nancy's property. It is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. Nancy and her husband are so kind. We enjoyed the fire pit and views. The apartment is very clean and has everything you could need. We'd definitely stay again!
