Executive Downtown Denver Condo - Amazing Views - Gym - Dog Friendly
The condo is located about 10 feet from the pool deck, which includes plenty of outdoor seating, a fire pit, and shared BBQ grills. Inside the condo, you'll find a kitchen full of everything needed to cook your favorite meal.
The bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Additionally, there is a built-in desk (see pictures) for those looking to work from home.
The building has an amazing 6000 sq ft 2-story gym with plenty of cardio machines, a weight room, a spinning room, and a yoga room.
Very dog-friendly neighborhood! There is an off-leash dog park at the end of the block, a dog run behind the building, and all of Riverfront Park which is just half a block away.
Coffee lovers will love the free, 24/7 coffee machines located a few steps from the condo (3 machines - espresso/cappuccino). This is available any time of the day for FREE!
The rental comes with an indoor parking spot in a secure garage. 24/7 front desk concierge - can answer any questions and accept packages and deliveries.

Small but very functional apartment! It’s fully equipped for your cooking or laundry needs. In addition, it is located right next to the clubhouse so you are always a minute away from a free coffee, grilling your dinner or rest at the pool. The building is quiet, safe, offers very clean and well equipped gym. The best part is the location. The park is right in front and you have groceries, bars, breweries within walking distance!
