Casual, open floor plan, split floorpan layout for utmost privacy, sleeps 2-8, peaceful quiet neighborhood located only 6 miles to Sanibel and Fort Myers Beaches and everything else "beach, ocean and fun!”
Our backyard is a true oasis- facing WEST for incredible sunsets- it's a true home away from home with all home amenities included! Even with so much to do so close, you'll never want to leave the house!

Please see that all lights, fans, and lanai and pool lights are off. Also the propane tank on grill is off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never is any child, 16 or under allowed in the pool area OR along the waterfront area without adult supervision AT ALL TIMES! NO EXCEPTIONS.
There are no large or noisy gatherings or parties etc. allowed. Only the registered guests are allowed on the property during your stay.

This is a beautiful home with fully equipped kitchen, lots of space to relax, private lanai and gorgeous view of the lake! Highly recommend.

Christmas break

The property was fine. The owner said only damage from Hurricane was a palm tree. When we arrived we discovered there was not a heated pool. Just a pool. Then owner said it was damaged from the hurricane.

Why they chose this property

It took us several years of full-time searching for the best property in Sanibel/Fort Myers to call our home. After viewing hundreds and hundreds of homes last 3 years, we never really felt we found the "right" one- until this incredible oasis fell into our laps- it easily checked off ALL the boxes... such as waterfront, west-facing for breathtaking sunsets, totally relaxing back yard especially the private pool, cozy comfortable lanai, lush tropical setting, private quiet street w/ no restrictions of the gated communities, beautiful lakeside frontage, awesome neighbors, updated and very unique and well appointed interior, split bedroom layout for privacy with central kitchen and great room for entertaining, and most important- as they say...LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Literally less than 2 miles to the following: wonderful locally owned restaurants, coffee shops, 3 PUBLIX grocery stores, liquor stores, various shopping centers! Only 2.5 miles to Bunche Beach, 6 miles to Fort Myers Beach, 1 mile to Caloosahatchee Riverfront & Sanibel Marina and only 2.5 miles to the Sanibel Causeway leading you to paradise!!!
We feel so truly blessed to have found this perfect home and we just want to share how awesome it is with everyone! Just please remember- you're on BEACH TIME!
