This newly remodeled and beautifully designed home is located at the mouth of American Fork Canyon in Cedar Hills. Guests will enjoy incredible, unobstructed mountain and golf course views, as it is on the 11th hole of the Cedar Hills Golf Course. Minutes away from hiking, biking, and cave tours up American Fork Canyon. Sundance resort is 30 minutes away and within an hour of 7 other ski resorts.
The home is 2 stories.
Main Floor includes a 2 car garage, Living Room with 2-story windows that capture the mountain and canyon views and fireplace, which is open to the well stocked kitchen, separate dining room that seats 6-8, and a game room with foosball table.
Upstairs includes a master bedroom with King sized bed and ensuite bath with jetted tub and shower, and a walk in closet. In the seating alcove of the bedroom is a twin daybed with a pull out trundle.
There is a bunkroom with 2 triple bunks that sleeps 6. This room includes a nintendo system.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the bunk room.
This house is located at the mouth of the canyon which means stunning views, but also canyon winds at night. We have fans and noise machines in all rooms for this purpose.
As hosts, we are dedicated to go above and beyond for you! We personally oversee the cleaning and maintenance of this property and have the highest expectations. There is a 3 night minimum for booking this property.
