This beautiful apartment located in safe, quiet, historic Cool Springs neighborhood with walking distance to Saint Francis Hospital and 5 parks. Minutes to downtown Wilmington, Trolley Square, Riverfront, Nemours Children's Hospital. 15 minutes drive to Christiana Mall/Costco if you enjoy tax-free shopping!

I was in town on business and this nice little apartment was perfect. When I arrived, I had some issues with the keypad, and I couldn't get in (user error). I called Tung and they were able to get me in quickly. I really appreciated the responsiveness after a long day of travel.

The owner is awesome. Very responsive and ensuring things are great with your stay. The place was super clean and the area is even better. Very quiet and nice area to have some peace for sure. I would definitely recommend it!!

Not what i expected

Overwhelming strong air freshner made it incomfortable. Need more towels & sheets. Used bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. Place needs to be painted & a deep cleaning. For a one night stay near downtown it is fine but you get what you pay for.

Based on the comments. I booked this place. Communication with owner and Check-in was good. Once inside the place was dirty. Floors were not swept, mopped for i dont know how long. Everything felt grimy. I used up my own clorox wipes to try and clean as much. I communicated this to the owner who said he'd refund me. He had the audacity to not refund me the cleaning/service fee, because i left a clorox wipe on the toilet and said they had pay for cleaning service.

Catherine checked in at our apartment, decided she will not stay but took a shower, used the toilet without flushing. We issued her a refund but had to keep cleaning fee for service that she received. She didn’t stay at the apartment so her review did not describe any service that we provided here. For other hosts: please be aware!
