Laundry facilities are conveniently located within the guest house and include a stacked washer and dryer with detergent provided.

Everything you need for a seamless short-term or extended stay has been thoughtfully prepared for your comfort.

Things to Note:

Must be 25 or older to book.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

NO SMOKING in the house.

The house is NOT pet-friendly. Guests will be fined if there is a pet.

We do have a pool fence that we can put up upon prior request for the pool. Please note there is no alarm on the doors, and there have been no other child-proof provisions made at the home. Please watch small children and infants, and please no running throughout the house.
