This brick barn was built in the 1930's and was used as a tobacco barn to cure tobacco. This rustic gem is only 512 sq. ft. and has 1 king bedroom, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. It is nestled in the pines, off the road, and located on the property near Broadslab Distillery and The Barn at Broadslab. Baccer Barn is conveniently located near I-40 and I-95.

The downstairs of this apartment consists of a living room, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom (full size shower). The living room has a couch, a recliner, and a ROKU tv. The kitchenette has a microwave, a small refrigerator, a small air fryer/oven combo, an electric single burner (with pots), and a coffee pot. Get creative and you can bring your own food and cook a meal in this kitchenette!

The upstairs of this apartment is the bedroom. The bedroom has a king size bed and a 65" ROKU tv to enjoy.

The barn has a covered wrap-around porch that has ceiling fans, Adirondack chairs, a picnic table, and a swing to enjoy nature's beauty that surrounds. Parking for the rental is right beside the space.

Cute and quiet… great location

This was such a cute little repurposed farm building. There are several other rentals on the property, and the scenery is gorgeous. Just a few minutes from 95 and the quaint little downtown Benson area. The host was phenomenal and accommodating to work with. I highly recommend!

Wedding night

We rented this adorable place for my son and his bride for the night of there wedding. They got married at the Barn at Broadslab so it was so perfect. The owner let us in early so we could leave a few things for the newly married couple.

Baccer Barn awesome

Our stay was great. Beautiful facility with everything we needed. It was a quiet, peaceful escape from reality. One night we had rain. The sound of the rain on the tin roof was a beautiful sound. The Norris family are great people.

First Class But Small

Very nicely equipped but, as advertised, tiny. Unmentioned is that bedroom is upstairs. Only toilet is downstairs, making late night bathroom trips a bit difficult. Motion detector light at bottom of stairs helps. Kitchenette but no stove. Nearby tavern very nice, offers flights (small tasting glasses) of the 8 liquors produced by the distillery on the property.
