The property is very close to the Westgate Entertainment area (appx 5 min drive). It's in a very nice part of Glendale and the house itself is quite large and nice. The property manager was responsive and welcoming and made check in and out easy!

A family mini vacation

I enjoyed my stay everything was perfect just need more face clothes my room was perfect my guest was a little puzzled no tvs in the rooms only the guess bedroom but we all had fun nice and quiet area will rent again when ever I visit Arizona thank you for having me and my family.

A college graduation with both sets of Grandparents

Had a great quick trip celebrating our son’s Graduation from GCU. Both sets of Grandparents and our small family fit great and it is an easy 30 minutes to the airport and 20 minutes to the Campus.We loved the pool and our 7 fit perfectly.We would stay here again!

Glendale VRBO for Spring Training

Nice location for visits to spring training in Surprise (KC Royals), Goodyear (Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds), and Phoenix (Milwaukee Brewers). Home is comfortable, but it could use a deep cleaning.

College visit trip

We brought our family of 5, with kids ages 21, 18, and 15 to visit a grad school for our oldest. This property was perfect for us with the pool and putting green, as well as proximity to where we needed to be. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was private and quiet. The owner was prompt and friendly with communication for check in. We would definitely stay here again.

We flew in to drop off our daughter for college. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. We stayed for a week. Close to the 101, Westgate and shopping. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. The kids enjoyed the games, video games, put put golf and the pool. The house was clean. The furniture is clean and comfortable. Very nice new pots and pans. Plenty of room for us to sit for meals. Perk was the cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags. Totally appreciated the coffee pods for the Keurig. Grocery stores are nearby two Walmarts, Safeway and Target. The bedrooms had plenty room. The two rooms with the bunk beds were comfortable for the college kids. The bottom is a full size and top is a twin. Can sleep 3 in the room if needed. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. The hosts were very nice and quick to respond! I recommend this home.
