My family and I had a great stay in Anchorage. The house was absolutely beautiful and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us ranging from 8 years old to 75. The location was great and I really enjoyed having paved running, walking, biking trails very close. Would highly recommend this house!
The home and amenities are luxury for sure, and Victoria was responsive with every question we had from heating zones to appliance operation.Perfect 10
The house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown Anchorage and the airport and makes a great home base for exploring the area. Vicky is very responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. A great experience!
This home was gorgeous, well maintained, and ideally located (we had a car). It was easy to get downtown, to the airport and to foothills trails. You could easily walk or bike to city trail for miles of running or biking.
Lovely kitchen and easy to cook in. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for meals, relaxing, being together and hanging out. This was a great home and a great end to our trip after lots of travel around Alaska.
This home was an incredible stay. The finishes and details are beautiful. The ratio of rooms to bathrooms gave everyone nice privacy. The host was clear and communicative and answered questions quickly. We loved this home and would definitely return.
The pictures do not do this property justice - it is simply beautiful and still amazingly comfortable. A perfect place to explore Anchorage and have an amazing refuge to retreat to with all the amenities (and luxuries) you could ask for!
Vicky was a fantastic host with tons of recommendations and advice and great communication before and during our stay.
I cannot recommend this home away from home enough and will certainly be back when we are back in Anchorage
We enjoyed Anchorage and this awesome house. Victoria deserves 10+ stars for her communication and helpfulness. The home has everything that any visitor could need. It is beautifully decorated and is completely updated. It is close to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this home again!
Even better in person! Spacious, bedrooms were great size and comfy! The kitchen and family room was great.
Good location to freeways and downtown. Hiking trails in walking distance too.
Vicky is a wonderful host! We want to make another trip to Alaska and we would stay here again!
Thank you
We've stayed in many VRBO's over the years. This one tops them all. The place was fantastic! Plenty of room for our large group. The owner was easy to communicate with. Excellent location. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Anchorage. Don't miss this property if you have the chance.
This house is fantastic. We had a large group and the house was perfect. It has lots of space and bathrooms everywhere. It’s in a great location with lots of places to eat and visit close by. There is a bike rental within walking distance. Vicky was great and communicated quickly. This house is a A++.
We rented both the house and apartment...both were exquisite, better than the imaginable. I have nothing to complain about or even suggest an improvement from the time we rented to the time we walked out the door. The place is top notch and very, very roomy!! Vicky is the best host ever, always with a quick reply. There is a bus that drops off about 1.5 blocks away that we took from the airport for $2pp. The neighborhood is quiet, and the main roads are close by. If you are going to Anchorage with a large group THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!!! Well done, Vicky, well done and thanks for having us!!
We love this house! Beautiful, large, spotless home in a very nice neighborhood and convenient location. Grocery store/shopping is 5 minutes away. Downtown is approx 1.5 miles away and a fitness trail through a park is about 2 blocks from the house. We walked from the house to downtown using the fitness trail part of the way and it was a nice walk. Great space and privacy for our family of 4 adults and 2 young adults/teens. Beautiful finishes, upscale kitchen/baths, very comfortable beds, luxury linens, nice outside space, convenient laundry, excellent amenities overall! This is one of the nicest homes we’ve rented! Thanks Vicky for the great communication prior to and during our rental and for sharing your beautiful home!
This home rental is absolutely stunning! We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years and this place is the best we have ever stayed in! We had a group of 7 people and there was enough room for everyone! Each bedroom has its own bathroom - with an additional 2 bathrooms in other parts of the house. (The master bathroom was gorgeous). Three of the bedrooms are down a level from the main living area with another bedroom below that in the basement. The house was recently remodeled with brand new modern finishes. The main level living room, kitchen , and dining area are so spacious and open with beautiful windows bringing in lots of natural light. The dining table seats 8 with an additional table nearby for more seating in the nook area. The beds are the most comfortable beds we have slept on and we are hoping we can find out what they are so we can buy a similar mattress for our home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The house is located on a quiet culdesac. The host has thought of everything and always responded quickly to any questions I had. While staying in Anchorage we enjoyed the Alaska zoo, Anchorage Museum, 49th State Motor Tours (Palmer), Musk Ox Farm (Palmer), Alaska Transportation Museum (Wasilla), Eklutna Historical Park, and Reflection Lake. We were sad to leave the home today as we continued our trip down into the Seward and Homer area. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in Anchorage!
This was our first time visiting Alaska and everywhere we went we were able to see all of the beauty Alaska has to offer, even amongst the rain!!
Victoria was easily accessible and the turn around time for communication was quick!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! There were 8 adults in our party that had stayed here and everyone commented how spacious the house felt.
We traveled to Alaska for our daughter’s wedding. This house was perfect for our needs, we had the girls get ready at the house and it was ideal, very spacious, with two big areas to gather. It was exactly as advertised. We could not have been happier with our stay. Vicky was a fabulous host, answered any questions promptly.
House was wonderful. Very clean and organized. Was great for our party of seven adults. Will rent again on next stay and highly recommend. Was super easy communicating with Vicky. She was excellent!!!
