From the moment we stepped through the door it looked like an interior decorator. Just finished this contemporary beach, Villa steps from the sand shopping and amazing restaurants. I love this place. I’ll be back again if I recommend it which I would highly, I may never get a chance to rent again. The host answered all of my questions and I really wanted to rent the golf cart they had but unfortunately, we did not have time but still so much fun and very relaxing the pictures do not do it justice. Enjoy.

This is the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful beach and lively downtown of Delray Beach. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. The beach pass provided was a huge benefit with chairs and umbrella. This was our third time staying at this beautiful beach cottage and first time since the renovations. We love the location, easy walk to the beach and Atlantic Ave. They have everything you need for the beach and the place has plenty of space. We loved this house before and now it looks even better with beautiful recent renovations. We highly recommend!

Hidden Gem

My family and I spent Fall break long weekend in Delray Beach and rented this vaction home. The location was just what we were looking for. Walking distance to the beach and Atlantic Avenue. The interior of the home was immaculate, very modern, yet it still felt very cozy and inviting. Both bedroom have ensuite bathrooms and was a nice bonus! There were some many little touches that I could tell the host took time to think about and include and we appreciated it! I highly recommended this vactaion home and we will definitely rent again the next time we are in the area!

The apartment is in an great area, you can walk to the beach and walk to town. The house is modern, nicely furnished and very clean. There is a great washer and dryer, modern kitchen with plenty of dishes and pans to make a meal. High end fridge and stove. Nice kitchen table with plenty of seating. Living area had a sectional, nice seating area with a large flat screen TV. Very comfortable seating area. There are two bedrooms each with a full bathroom. The master bedroom has king size comfortable bed, flat screen television (no idea how to work this TV)and 2 end tables. There is a closet area with drawers. The master bathroom is modern with tub and large two person vanity area. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom with a nice shower and vanity, modern fixtures. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, this was my only criticism of our stay, we were told by the caretaker they were planning on revising to have 2 full beds, this would be preferred as the twins were extremely small. The location is fabulous to walk to the beach (5 min) and downtown area (10 min) . There is a beach card that grants 2 lounge chairs, umbrella and table, this is a homerun!! The house had additional beach chairs for added guests. There is a washer and dryer, which was great! The property manager was great,so responsive, the house was immaculate!

Great place!

My husband, our 2 year old daughter, and our dog had the pleasure of staying at this very clean house. The beach and Atlantic ave are so close. The house had 2 pack n plays and a high chair which made our life so much easier with our little one. The house also had a bunch of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, and wagon - all in great shape. The owner checked in on us and was very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend!
