Welcome to Tupelo Bay Golf Villa 1509. This 3-bedroom, 2 bath villa has it all! Large enough for 6 with upgraded foam mattress toppers. Play golf at the Tupelo Bay Golf Complex golf any time as it has lighted executive par three course, work on your swing at the driving range, or play a round of Putt Putt at Runaway Bay. How about FREE Passes for you and your guests to use in any combination at the club house or Runaway Bay Putt Putt during your stay! Use the pickleball courts or explore the walking trails. 2 POOLS complete the amenities. the Indoor pool is heated and there is an outdoor pool as well. Plenty of deck space to work on your tan.

Check out the "trunk/coffee table" for rainy day acclivities. Board games, coloring books, crayons, as well as children's books.

A short 3-minute drive will get you to the beach in Garden City where there is free parking! Or use our free seasonal beach shuttle service.

There is a tv in each bedroom as well as the main living area, a washer and dryer in a large laundry room. The full kitchen with a long breakfast bar helps to make you feel at home. Everything you need to vacation in comfort.

After a day at the beach, golf or shopping relax at one of our 2 pools. Too cold, try our indoor heated pool or use the fitness center.

Don’t forget food. There are hundreds of restaurants to try in areas shopping districts as well as on and off Business 17. a short drive north and you are in Myrtle Beach, drive south and you are at Marsh Walk, Georgetown, or Charleston, You will be sure to find several that will become your favorite! Take a walk along Marsh Walk to choose one of the many seafood restaurants while you are taking in the marsh views.

Tupelo Bay is great place to go. The villa is well equippedand clean. There are many amenities available like the indoor pool, exercise room and a golf course. Location is close to the ocean and the marshwalk. And the host, Pam is terrific! We will be back next winter.

Clean and spacious

Unit was clean and spacious. The pictures don’t do it justice, so was pleasantly surprised. It’s right off 17, so easy to get to Myrtle Beach or Murrells Inlet.

myrtle beach first timers

Our condo was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The keypad entry was especially helpful both at check in and for coming and going at different times. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Fabulous place

Pam was absolutely amazing. She responded to all my emails very quickly. The condo is absolutely spectacular.!! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated and very homey. The heated pool was actually heated and warm. Great location to the beach. Very close to many restaurants, shopping and boardwalk.

Perfect vacation spot

Whether you are looking to golf or sit on the beach, this property gives you the option of variety. Our family utilized the beach shuttle which was a great service to the alternate of renting a golf cart just for parking down by the beach. One mention, be sure to come fully stocked with your own supplies (trash bags, laundry pods, paper towels, etc.). We thoroughly enjoyed our beach/golf vacation.

Golf Villa 1509. Perfection!

The absolute perfect stay. I cannot begin to tell you that the photos do not do this property justice. Clean, spacious, comfortable and every amenity you could expect. Whether you’re golfing with buddies or on a family trip take my word this property is a must. I’ve stayed on the beach in Pricey Hotels but if privacy, peace and way more for your money is what you’re looking for look no further, book today. I can’t wait to bring my wife down to enjoy a round of Night golf(Lighted 18 hole executive course) on property and to relax pool side to escape the heat. The ice cream shop and putt putt facility on property is an added bonus. My host Pamela communicated every step of my trip and it could not be any easier. Five Stars is not enough

Snowbird Paradise

My friend and I had a wonderful two months at Tupelo Bay. We felt at home as soon as we entered the condo....it was clean, well appointed and spacious and with a beautiful view from the Carolina Room. We took advantage of all that Tupelo Bay offers...golf, swimming, book club meetings, etc. Residents were very friendly and we made many new friends. Pam, our host was a great communicator. She let us know what was going on in the community and she answered all our questions in a timely manner. We are already looking forward to returning next year!

This is our second unit in Murrells Inlet. We sold our first property and looked throughout the Grand Strand but returned to Murrells Inlet. We enjoy the quiet area and closeness to the beach.

Why they chose this property

Tupelo Bay Golf Villas had been on our radar for several years. When wanted a larger condo with more amenities. This unit is over 1600 square feet, offers a year-round heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and golfing activities on the grounds. As well as tennis and pickleball courts. One look at unit 1509 we knew this was the correct choice.

What makes this property unique

The Carolina room offers an additional quiet space. You can close the French doors open a window and listen to the fountain. The size and location of the living areas and bedrooms allows for everyone to have their own space.
