Madeline, As I mentioned on the phone, you should use the check-in app to communicate quickly and promptly. We have three people who watch this check-in system. This is how you got your check-in instructions. If you had followed these instructions, your communication would have been much quicker. From our reviews, we have excellent communication with our guests; obviously, you don't know how to follow instructions. There are two phone numbers on our reservation confirmation, including mine. I only got your call on the last day you were here. The lawn people come every two weeks. The pool people come every week. I'm sorry that you didn't like the lush landscaping. I am also sad that you had expectations that may not have been met. We try very hard to exceed those. Our office is right in Marathon. If you were that frustrated, you could have stopped by, and we could have shown you how to use the Check-In app. Bicycles have been replaced with not 2 bikes, but now we have 4 bicycles. This home does not deserve a 3-star review. The house just had new flooring put in all the bedrooms and the owners are constantly doing upgrades to amenities and to this home.
