This beautiful, ground floor 2BR/2BA condominium overlooking the Arnold Palmer Piper course is perfect for your vacation getaway (or temporary residence) as it was not impacted by Hurricane Milton so is in great condition. Membership in the Lakewood National Golf Club can be transferred for a fee to give you access to two Arnold Palmer-designed courses. You will also enjoy the resort-style beach entry lagoon pool, a more private local pool by the condo, 8 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, state of the art fitness facility, full-service spa, Tiki bar, and other amenities.
You will enjoy dinners and drinks on the screened lanai overlooking the 13th and 14th holes on the Piper Course.

Lakewood Ranch is a lovely community, with a small-town feel. You will enjoy the town centers, wonderful dining, 150 miles of riding trails, Sunday polo matches, mini-golf, shopping and so much more. You are also only a short drive from St. Armand's Circle, Lido Beach, downtown Sarasota, and dozens of lovely beaches. In addition, you are a short drive from the Tampa Bay Lightning, Major League Baseball (over a dozen spring training facilities), arts, entertainment, boat rentals, and so much more.
No pets due to family allergies as this is also our family get-away!
This home has everything you need for an extended stay - Lakewood National requires rentals to be one month/30 days or longer. It sleeps up to 7: 2 in the main bedroom, 2 on the foldout couch, and 3 on the queen + twin daybed in the guest room - so just bring your food and drinks and settle in for a wonderful stay!

We have lived in Lakewood Ranch for a couple of years and love it! It's a wonderful community, the people are very welcoming, and the amenities (sports, beaches, restaurants, shopping, etc.) are outstanding. We bought this condo for friends and family to use when visiting and to rent when not being used.
Why they chose this property
We love Lakewood National - the two Arnold Palmer courses, tennis courts, fitness/gym, 150 miles of biking/walking trails, beautiful landscaping and proximity to shopping, beaches, restaurants and all of the area amenities is perfect.
What makes this property unique
Lakewood National is unique because it comes with a transferrable club membership so guests can elect to enjoy the 2 Arnold Palmer courses plus tennis, spa, fitness, clubhouse, pools, Tiki bar and all of the other amenities.
