This 2 br / 1.5 ba unit is stunning and spacious- and ready for you and your guests to relax and unwind! Enjoy historical architecture with soaring ceilings, beautiful design elements, a great city view, and luxury touches!



Located on the west side of OTR, just minutes from the best restaurants, cute shops, and biggest attractions! Easily walk around the neighborhood and take advantage of the close proximity to FC Cincinnati’s new stadium, Findlay Markey, Washington Park, Music Hall, and more!



This unit is located on the 4th floor of the Vaughn Lofts building, a 160 year old building on the West end of Over-the-Rhine. Carefully curated with luxe finishes, you will love the historical character throughout. Exposed brick, original (but refinished) wood floors, soaring ceilings, and an abundance of natural light make this unit truly one of a kind!



Other features:

-A well-stocked kitchen with all of the necessary supplies for you to cook your favorite meal or mix up a craft cocktail. Coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, popcorn are all provided!

-Outdoor patio with table and two chairs

-Queen bed in the bedroom with a huge attached master bath and ample closet space.

Over the Rhine, or OTR as it`s known by locals, is a neighborhood in the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Bustling with the city`s hottest bars, restaurants, and retail, visitors to this vibrant neighborhood are able to experience the best of Cincinnati, all within a few blocks.



This airbnb is located right across from FC Cincinnati’s new stadium. If you’re taking in a game, there is no better location! You can easily walk to and from the game.



Be sure to check out a few of Cincinnati`s top local breweries and snack your way through Findlay Market- one of America`s oldest outdoor markets. When you`ve had your fill, be sure to take in Washington Park, and enjoy the stunning facade of Music Hall. With new businesses opening at every turn, there`s always something new to see in Over the Rhine!



There is 1 assigned parking space available (Parking Spot E) in the lot directly adjacent to the building. You will be able to see your car from the unit.



On-Street: There are several nearby locations that allow for overnight parking, but please be mindful of signage. Street parking is normally a good option. **Do NOT park on Wade Street as it is all permit parking and the city will ticket.



If you plan on parking your car for your stay, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around! We are a very short walk to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops!

Awesome atmosphere! We loved the high ceilings and brick in the apartment. The parking spot, even though a little tricky, was a great bonus and much appreciated looking at the street parking. Check in and check out was very easy. Apartment was clean with comfortable beds. Note if you are not familiar with Cincinnati make sure you make reservations for dinner ahead especially if you are here during the weekend.

Reds Game !

We came for the Reds Game, location was a quick uber ride to the ballpark. Less expensive than a hotel, for a great apartment. Pictures don't do justice. We'll stay here again definitely, and are sure to spend more than one night next time!

OTR midweek

This property was close to excellent food, sports bars, Rhinegeist, and easily accessible for Uber. It was an excellent choice and reasonably priced considering the options. The parking space was a huge relief and overshadowed the fourth floor location, though being at the top of the building provided a good view of the western part of Cincinnati. I would stay there again. My recommendation to anyone renting is to download the VRBO app.

Gorgeous Comfortable Loft

Beautifully renovated loft apartment with lovely finishes and details. Generously sized main bedroom with 5-Star hotel bed and linens. Appreciated the extra large flat screen TV so my other half could watch the NBA playoffs as well as the Nespresso machine. Free on site parking is a major amenity in this neighborhood. You know it’s a good rental when you walk in and say, “I could live here”

Great value/proximity to downtown

Great location and well kept property. East check in/out process and good communication from property manager. VRBO customer service accessibility was poor but the property delivered. My only complaints were fridge/freezer was not clean and I was not aware that I would have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to my rental. Not a challenge for me but could be for other renters. I would stay again.

A nice place to stay

A nice place but lacked many details I expected for the price. No nightlights in bed/bathrooms which were very dark. No hooks for hanging pjs. No place to store small items (under garments, socks, etc). No dishtowels, no tissues, no salt/pepper. I've stayed at many VRBOs and these items were included. No shades to control light - curtains made room dark. With the added details, this would be a great place!
